These muffins are easy to make and are a super carrier for your Medicine, the double chocolate covers the smell and taste of marijuana very well. I like to take my medicine in eatable form if possible and this is a great choice, if you are like me and don’t care for the taste of marijuana and need something portable that doesn’t give off a big smell.
RECIPE
CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 T Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
1 1/4 cup milk
2 Large eggs (beaten)
2 T Canna-butter (see post Slow Cooker Canna-butter posted June 11, 2017)
1/3 cup Canna-Coconut Oil (Marijuana infused Coconut Oil posted June 1, 2017)
1 t Vanilla Extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (1/3 c additional chips for tops)
Preheat Oven to 350*
Combine dry ingredients; combine milk and melted canna-butter; then add canna-coconut oil; finally wisk in beaten eggs and add vanilla
Spray muffin tins very well, mix wet and dry ingredients and mix no more than 10 seconds; it’s ok for the batter to be lumpy; DO NOT over mix batter! Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips (add 1/2 gram RSO[Rick Simpson Oil] if you want to make your muffins as stronger medicine); Scoop in muffin cups, then sprinkle with extra chocolate chips.
Bake at 350* for 18 to 20 minutes, cool on cooling rack and enjoy
I usually put in separate zipper bags, then put all in large freezer zipper bag and take out when needed and warm in microwave. I also throw one in my bag and take with me in case I need to medicate on the go, even when I fly.
